We take pride in the craftsmanship and presentation of our daggers and carefully inspect all orders before shipping.
Refunds or replacements are available if an item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described. To be eligible, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photo or video evidence of the issue. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Refunds will not be issued for reasons such as change of mind, aesthetic preference, or improper handling after delivery. Approved cases will be resolved at our discretion through a replacement or store credit where applicable.
